These terms and conditions will govern your use of our membership program.
By signing up for a Game Arena membership, you accept these terms and conditions in full; accordingly, if you disagree with these terms and conditions you will not be granted access to a Game Arena membership.
By signing up for a membership you understand and agree to the following:
Game Arena has the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time.
The membership choices include a $29.99 option and a $49.99 option.
You, the customer, agree to a $20 set up fee for each membership you sign up for.
Your card given at the time of purchase will be charged on a monthly basis.
Cancellation can be completed at any time, in person, at the Game Arena location in which you purchased the membership.
Once cancelled you will be charged for that month and receive the remainder of that month’s membership.
You, the customer, understand that there may be blackout dates for private events, parties or tournaments.
Game Arena may send you promotional deals by way of email or SMS.
Your information is private and will not be shared by Game Arena.
